Products from the categories: swimsuits, socks, underwear, 
lingerie or other products that can come into direct contact 
with the human body in intimate areas, cannot be returned 
or exchanged for hygiene reasons,which is regulated in Article
16 OUG no. 34/2014, letter "e", Romania Legal.
This law it apply also to cosmetics and custom made products.

For the other products, the return policy is 14 days.
To return products you have to make an account and follow the 
instruction there.
